1. Introduction

Welcome to Incredible India Tours. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.incredibleindiatours.com (the "Service") and any related services provided by Incredible India Tours.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Communications

By creating an account on our service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

3. Booking and Reservations

All bookings and reservations made through our service are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. This email serves as your proof of reservation and contains important information about your tour.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The balance payment is due 45 days prior to the tour start date.

For bookings made within 45 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of booking. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other specified payment methods.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by Customer:

• Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to departure: Full refund minus the deposit
• Cancellations made 30-44 days prior to departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to departure: 25% refund
• Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to departure: No refund

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service department.

Cancellation by Company: In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of all payments made or offer an alternative tour of similar standard.

6. Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post on or through the Service.

By posting content on or through the Service, you represent and warrant that: (i) the content is yours and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Service
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other harmful material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to secured portions of the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Incredible India Tours, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
