How far in advance should I book my tour?
We recommend booking at least 3-4 months in advance, especially for peak season travel (October to March). For custom tours or large groups, 6 months advance booking is ideal.
Do you offer customized tour packages?
Yes, we specialize in creating personalized itineraries based on your interests, budget, and schedule. Our travel experts will work with you to design the perfect journey through India.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. For bookings made more than 60 days in advance, we require a 20% deposit, with the balance due 45 days before the tour start date.
Do I need a visa to visit India?
Most foreign nationals require a visa to enter India. We can provide guidance on the visa application process, but you will need to apply through the official Indian government channels or authorized visa services.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 60+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee. Cancellations 30-59 days before departure are subject to a 25% fee. Cancellations less than 30 days before departure are subject to a 50-100% fee depending on timing.
